Warm greetings to the Region of Canada!
I'm Willowinds, aka Willow, or George, or "Hey, you!", Delegate of The Great Land of the Moon, TGLM. The
Moonlings Members of TGLM have asked me to formally request the opening of diplomatic relations and an exchange of Embassies between our two regions.
TGLM is very much a tightly knit community. Our Constitution is not nearly as formal as that of many other regions and nor has it ever had to be. We flourish by treating one another with mutual respect, and our posts are reflective of the same. Until our region stabilised, all of our positions were appointed by our Founder, The Eternal Moon Child. In January, we finished our first round of elections, and have now become a fully democratic region.
You'll rarely find us discussing regional politics, although the opportunity is there for those who are interested. We're a land of star-gazers who recently claimed two uninhabited moons, Phobos and Deimos to use as 5-star resorts. We're a land of RPers who like nothing more than to stretch our imaginations whether by role-playing with our nations or in Fantasy Isle. As chocoholics, anyone is free to drop in at the "Lanarcus Chocolate Works" for any type of chocolate decadence your mind can dream up.
We'd welcome you to come and visit us on our
forums. Although some subforums are hidden to all but members, and guests are not permitted to post, I sincerely hope you won't feel slighted.
Do remember your moonboots! We have lost a number of tourists ... ;)
