Hi :) I am the Premiere of New Klymaxia. A stunning nation that'll leave you wanting more.
The government is set up as such that each division must put in a requisition to the Treasury Board for it's supplies. This limits the amount of spending as everything is purchased from a single point, ordered and delivered by the supplying company to the required department. This assists in keeping useless government spending to a minimum and prevents the member of parliament from charging a pack of gum to our constituents.
New Klymaxia also has a National DNA database which holds the genetic material of serious offenders, our Military personel and any New Klymaxian who wishes to volunteer their DNA as well. This assist our law enforcement and military in investigating crimes and identifying victims from incidents within the country when conventional means fail.
Any other nation wishing to participate in New Klymaxia's National Database is welcome to apply and the New Klymaxian government will assist those countries who require assistance developing such a database. :)

Higsantium finds implementing your National DNA database a waste of our tax payer's money. We have found long term incarceration or other such deterrents to be ineffective and expensive. It's much better to spend that money on either 're-educating' or executing any offenders.
