Hello Canada! :cananim:
This is Scandinavian Duchies from the Meritocracy and Alpha omega. I generally enjoy visiting well established regions, and Canada definitely has an intriguing history and s seemingly superb system of government. Also, I've had the immense pleasure of meeting and debating Canada6 at Equilism, and figured I'd come see him "at home." *waves*

My BF used to do biathlon. I'm not sure if he still does or not.

Hehehe, it's Prince Klemenz von Metternich of the Austrian Empire in the (post-)Napoleonic era.
