I'm Kangarawa, normally known as Kang, Ambassador General of TEP.

As some of you are already well aware, TEP is a land of alcoholic squirrels in various stages of the 10- or 12-step program, pesky fridge owls, cyborgs, espionage, raging wars and just about anything else your imagination can dream up.

You'll rarely find long and protracted parliamentary debates, but our Magisterial Assembly moves with deliberation about it's business: introducing, debating and passing legislature. Our judicial system works much the same way: quietly and effectively.

We would very much like to formally request an exchange of Embassies in the hopes of furthering diplomatic relations and deepening the friendships that already exist between some of the members of our two great regions. I do hope that you will give our request serious consideration.

I am pleased to announce that Cabinet has dicussed, and voted to approve, your proposal to exchange embassies. Construction of The East Pacific's embassy will commence shortly, but I can't guarentee a completion date. My construction abilities are questionable and my tool room is on the other side of the beer fridge so breaks are frequent. :D Canada looks forward to a long and friendly relationship between our two regions.

As for construction, no worries. I can understand perfectly the difficulties of having to ... circumnavigate ... the beer fridge continuously! Why, I'd be ... er ... uh ... Craftsman tools, by chance? ;)

Seeing as it will be Gnidrah himself who does the construction on the Canadian Embassy, the Great Moose only knows when it will finished!
