Title: Please harbour our refugees.
Judith Gap - January 18, 2007 03:57 AM (GMT)
After more than two years, I am saddened to announce the retirement of
Judith Gap. The once thriving nation is falling into neglect and it is for the sake of its remaining citizens that we are dissolving our union and asking our fellow Canadian nations to accept our immigrants. Our country had been founded and had operated by a common system of religious beliefs, and we hope our citizens may continue to hold to the tenets of what they hold dear in your countries.
As leader of this nation, I treasure the friendships I've held with you all. You all are such a remarkably friendly bunch of people and I've been sad that i haven't been able to be around the forums much to maintain these friendships in a way that y'all deserve. You all have given me so much more than I can hope to express.
Thank you,
Tim(Rhu)

The nation of Canada6 would like to extend it's heartfelt gratitude to the nation of Judith Gap. We are somewhat taken aback by this announcement, for this region and this game will have to say farewell to one of it's most kindred and esteemed spirits. C6 can only wish JG the best of luck from here on.
Canada6 as a nation had specifically tried it's best to learn from your nation's example and I can only pray that some of those lessons have not been forgotten, as they are certainly of a priceless, precious and singular source.
It has been an inspirational and elevating privilege to share this region with, Judith Gap.
Thank you.

JG, it's been a memorable set of years. You were a man with opinions that I always respected.
Happy trails, sir.
Redundancies - January 18, 2007 01:43 PM (GMT)
The benevolent despot of Redundancia is saddened to see the dissolution of one of the other great lands of Canada. We wish High Pristess Rhu, and Tim by extension, all the best in their future endeavors.
Redundancia will gladly accept any refugees from the former nation of Judith Gap.

420_Celebrants - January 19, 2007 02:29 AM (GMT)
The Mellow Lands of 4 20 Celebrants have declared Januray 18th as a National Holiday.
Being typical 4:20 Celebrants, they spaced on the date a bit ... but they are compassionate and care about keeping Judith Gap alive and prosperous, despite it's ... um ... lack of life.
Judith Gap day shall be celebrated heartily and will include a spirited spelling bee and essay writing contest, as well as live readings from Justice officials. It is without a doubt that there will also be a beer tent somewhere near the doughnut maker.
Sadly, our Nation does not hold Religion very high in terms of core values, so I'm not sure there will be a place for any of your citizens ... but if any of them want to try it out, they are definitely more than welcome to. We will accept them with open arms and do what we can to acquaint them with our customs so they can feel "at home".
Best of luck to whatever you do ... it has been a pleasure to work with you on Cabinet and furthermore, to forge a friendship of sorts out of character that I hope will continue on those random occasions you get to pop on a messenger service.
Peace and Godspeed.
Boreal Tundra - January 19, 2007 06:20 AM (GMT)
Sorry to see you go JG, good journey to you.
Boreal Tundra would be happy to welcome any refugees though I suspect they'll find our nation's complete lack of religion somewhat disconcerting.
