Title: List of subforums and permissions

Is there a list of the subforums and permissions somewhere? I was going to post a reply to
the thread in Citizen's Voice about my largest region list, but it seems that that's only for people with special permissions. However, in my (admittedly brief) look around I couldn't find a list of who is allow to post in which subforums.

I think the Citizens Voice is restricted to members. I think that if you can confirm that you posess at least one nation in Canada with our Minister of Regional Affairs, 420, one of the admins will gladly change you user status to member.

C6 would be correct - Citizen's Voice does in fact require permanent citizenship (:rolleyes:). PMing and TGing 420 with a puppet's name would be the way to go about it.
I'm yet to find a region which releases it's permissions, I would have considered that to be a security risk.

Maybe not a risk but it would be quint to inform newcomers of what they need to achieve full citizenship in a place such as the beloved

I'll wait until I've moved my main nation here after England elects a new delegate. I did have a nation called Canadian Safalra, but I accidentally forgot to log in to it for a while...
