What are the qualfications

More than anything a commitment to The Consitution and democratic processes of Canada and their preservation.

Bascially, a desire to do what is right by the region for the region and to contribute to Cabinet discussion(s) as necessary.

There will also be the responsibility of Moderating the Inter-Regional Affairs, Prime Ministers and United Nations forums and maintaining the UN poll thread.

This is great. I think it's significant that a newcomer has been given a certain degree of responsibilities. In terms of our regional philosophy and attitude this shows me that we've overcome some of our more troubled periods in the past.
