Invisionfree Server Failure Cripples Forum

- The hosts of our forum, Invisionfree, experienced a server crash which resulted in major chaos for our forum. Every post from after March 2006 was swiped from the board and board images, including pips, easter eggs, buttons, etc. etc. were reported AWOL.

Cabinet has been working hard to keep the board running up to par during this time of data retrieval by Invisionfree. Almost all of the images have been replaced, thanks in large part to Carbanousa. All pertinent law information was replaced with the most up-to-date versions available.

This experience has taught us all a lesson and many ideas have been brought up to save ourselves from this happening again in the future. Cabinet has learnt a great deal from this and hopes that it never happens again, however, in case it does, the creation of an emergency protocol is being looked at by Cabinet.

Thanks to this incident, a more complete Cabinet Report is impossible at this time, as all information we were talking about in Cabinet is included in the AWOL-ness. When things are back in order to a better extent, 420_Celebrants will have A LOT to write about.
