This is an official announcement that during the England crisis, the Dogs of War Alliance is being upgraded to Red Alert.

Once we have official notification that the situation is over, the Dogs of War Alliance will return to operational standby status.

Although the England situtation has seemed to have keeled off, the Dogs of War shall remain at Yellow Alert in case of our assistance being needed.

The Dogs of War shall remain on alert status for the purpose of the Denfece of Canada. In conjunction to Bweezy's post in the PM's forum, no aid shall be offered to any third-party region. Those Nations who wish to do so may do independently but shall act outside of the Dogs of War remit and Bweezy's instructions shall be followed to the letter in maintaining Canada's neutrality.
