Title: My Final Week as Your PM

bweezy - March 21, 2004 06:33 PM (GMT)
Next Sunday, March 28th, I will voluntarily give up my post as Prime Minister, in order to let some new blood have a shot at leading this region.

In order to facilitate the change of leadership, I will be taking my UN nation on a whirlwind tour of Canadian themed regions on a mission of peace and diplomacy. My non UN nation, Bweezyland, will still remain here in Canada during that time.

My first visit will be to the region of Alberta, which you may recall was in a state of civil war six weeks ago. Alberta allowed Canada to intervene as a mediator in their dispute, and while it is unknown how much of an impact we really did have on the settling of the Alberta situation, it is evident that they have developped into a strong democracy similar in principle to our own region.

In a statement of support to the fledgling Alberta democracy, I will be making my first and only official state visit as Prime Minister of Canada to the region of Alberta on March 28. I will stay in Alberta overnight, allowing my UN endorsements to be scrubbed clean, and allowing a new delegate and Prime Minister to take over.

Prior to leaving, I will set up the election threads, as our election campaign is scheduled to start next weekend.

I would urge any UN nations to ensure that they have endorsed whatever UN nations in Canada they feel is capable of taking over the job as delegate.

Thank you.

Thanks. I'm looking forwars to the Cross-Canada tour, making use of the Senate, and pitching in where I can while letting the new Delegate take Canada on her or his chosen path.

Should be pretty exciting times around here.

Yeah, there better be a lot of pitching in ^_^

Good luck on your tour, and have fun.

Bweezynoooooooooo!!! Don't leave us poor fools! :P Ok, so maybe I'm over-reacting, but have a great time with whatever you plan on doing! It was fun having you as a PM!

Thank you Canada for allowing me to be your delegate and PM over the past two and a half months.

Also, thank to everyone, including my Cabinet (past and present) and all of the enthusiastic nations for helping to build this region from a ghost town to a vibrant community.

I can't believe how well this region has developped over the last two months and what an awesome place this has become.

I will be going on a tour of Canadian themed nations on a diplomatic mission of peace and friendship, and will return after a week or two.

I will post daily reports on my travels in the diplomacy thread, under the heading "Pan Canadian Tour". Of course, I'll still be fulfilling my diplomatic duties as well, so I'll still be "around", though now I'll be a lowly civil servant, and not your glorious Prime Minister :)

*Packs his bags, and heads to Alberta as stop one on the Great Canadian Tour*

See y'all in a few weeks!
