Description: see March 14 Cabinet Report

After consultation with Cabinet, with reference to:
QUOTE
Carbanousa Gets Flamed

- Our PM received yet another unwarranted TG from an irate member who took it upon themselves to swear at and attack Carbanousa. Cabinet agreed that this type of verbal abuse should not be tolerated and as this is the second instance from the same user, an ejection and/or banning will be implemented.

in the Cabinet Report for March 14 2006, the member Nation who sent the telegram has now been ejected and banned from the Region. A review of the banning has been scheduled for the beginning of the next Cabinet term due to start on Sunday April nd, 2006. If you would like any information about this issue, please do not hesitate in contacting a member of Cabinet.

Is the lack of a date inherent in the beginning of next cabinet term a purposeful omission or an error in the post?

canada6 - March 19, 2006 12:26 AM (GMT)
The punishment was perfectly apt. What exactly was this person's beef anyway?

Sorry -- yes - typographical error -- the date of the beginning of the next Cabinet term is April 2nd.

According to subsequent correspndance, being bored. Seriously though, an attack that was out of character / personal in nature or in according to the Canadian Ejection and Board Suspensino Guidelines, Article 1c and / or Article 2a.

I would like to note that this was the second occurance of such a foul worded TG to Carbanousa.

Quoted from the February 6th Cabinet Report;

QUOTE
PM TG’d by angry member

- Our Prime Minister received a TG from a region member stating their disapproval with his running of UN votes. Despite Carbanousa's explanation of how the delegate votes for UN proposals and how his situation is quite unique (he is in the same time zone as the servers for the NS site, meaning he can vote a mere 15 minutes before the polls close, which means more people have the chance to give their say), the member was still not pleased. Carbanousa asked Cabinet if he should have handled the situation in a different way. Cabinet agreed that Carbanousa handled the situation gracefully and that the member clearly had no clear understanding of what he/she was talking about.

At that time Cabinet decided that Carbanousa had handled the situation perfectly and nothing more would come of it.

Sadly, this user thought otherwise and believes that being bored is a perfect excuse to bash another person for no reason. Cabinet does not stand for this kind of behaviour in our region.

I fully suport your actions, Carb. I would have done the same in your place.
