What exactly is this section for? Sounds like my old forum for several regions that I control.

I'd forgotten to pin the purpose of this forum.
In addition to what the purpose says, I also imagine that this forum could be a good place for nations who are attempting to develop UN polls to get pre-voting feedback.

If I am reading things right .... would this not be the perfect forum that we should have any Inter-Regional Conferences?
You know ... like the previously successful Ambassadors Day ... or ... um ... other type dealies along the same lines?

Or maybe things like the Nasi-PRP war, or the spies destroying forums. Both of those involve more than one region so may not go in an embassy, so could go here.
That's what I always assumed it was for, but figured everyone just preferred the embassies.

The original idea was that more and more regions seem to be holding conferences on various topics and arbitration for other regions. I suspected this was a trend in NS that was going to become more popular.
Q102 is a successful model to talk about. Their space has hosted a number of different conferences and has played host to arbitration between The United Federation of Planets and WWSeti.
