There were two posts that I saw. The first was your garden varity 3 grade level potty mouth and the second was a minimum effort troll post.
My guess is (warning pure speculation to follow) that either they expect to be deleted and won't bother to log back in or there will be another chance to catch them real soon...

I'm usually very aware of what goes on in the RMB and I'm kind of frustrated that I seem to have no clue as to what or who this thread is about. Even more so because I feel obliged to help.

I think the posts were missed because someone picked them up very quickly and managed to secure Moderator intervention. As long as everybody keeps an eye on this, I don't envisage it recurring as the offending Nation will be deleted.
