ENVIRONMENTAL

the bulk of the motivation of the PCP relies on environmental initiative. the PCP will work hard to ensure that canada is almost completely converted to alternative energy. the PCP will work hard to eliminate nuclear power in all forms, instead focusing on the rife opportunities to create the energy infrastructure by utilizing, among others, wind, geothermal, and solar energy. the PCP will also work to make these methods efficient and effective.

the PCP will also crack down on automobiles and promote the use of clean vehicles by giving tax benefits, and placing tariffs on the use of cars with poor gas mileage. additionally, alternative fuels will be researched with governmental support so that they may be a viable option for their gas efficiency. the PCP will crack down on automobile manufacturers making inefficient cars for profits or aesthetic value. the PCP will also create large and comprehensive public transportation systems in not only the inner cities, but outskirts of large cities as well.

furthermore, the PCP will protect our forests, parkland, water, and natural features. the PCP will illegalize woodcutting where trees are not selectively harvested. the PCP will also devote large amounts of land to parks or forests. the PCP will restore responsibility and will not permit contamination of our drinking water. the PCP will also regulate highly hunting and fishing.

the PCP will make sure that companies do nothing to contaminate the environment, be they nuclear power plants, coal manufacturers, or accounting firms. the PCP will create massive penalties to companies that pollute, sell polluting products, or fail to clean up after themselves. it will not even be worth it to companies to not follow the guidelines.


EDUCATIONAL

the PCP will ensure that a quality education is available to all, free of charge. the PCP will do basically the only thing required to accomplish this task, which america has so long scorned; the PCP will properly fund the educational system. the PCP will standardize curricula at different levels of ability. the PCP will also institute some limited checks to see that schools are not spending money on unneeded services. the PCP will also establish vocational schools and schools for technology so that skilled workers can be created performing tasks that will not require knowledge of advanced mathematics.


HEALTH CARE

the PCP will work to see that health care is available for all at an affordable rate. the PCP will create functional programs which allow for those with financial need to obtain free health care. the PCP will also take the important steps at making drugs available for all and lowering drug and medicinal costs.

the PCP will also heavily penalize insurance companies which do not serve their customers or make stupid, moronic mistakes. it is the belief of the PCP that insurance agents are professionals, and some of the errors which are made could not possibly be made by an educated human being. the PCP will completely reinvent these insurance companies and assess harsh penalties for this type of incompetence. for those insurance companies which simply refuse to make payments, the penalties will be even steeper.


MILITARY

although this may not have been the intention of the party's original founder, the PCP will completely abolish canada's military. the PCP will turn canada into a truly pacifist state. the PCP will incur some strategic alliances for purposes of defense, but will otherwise allow diplomatic relations and higher governing bodies to work out disputes. the PCP will allow the U.N. to function as it was originally meant; not to intrude upon the rights of states by imposing moral decency, but by creating a worldwide body designed to negotiate and keep the peace.


GAY MARRIAGE

the PCP has no priorities against gay marriage. the PCP will gladly legalize gay marriage and move on to other, more important problems which legitimately require time and effort.


DRUGS

the PCP is prepared to legalize all drugs except insane root, heroin, and other drugs which can be life-threatening. the PCP sees no problem with drugs such as marijuana, alcohol, and nicotine as long as they are not exposed to others who do not wish to inhale them (if applicable).


ECONOMICS

the PCP will place serious restrictions on all businesses, but will allow businesses that follow these rules to function without penalty. the PCP will so harshly penalize businesses which pollute or cheat customers so that their existence is threatened, and so that they shall find out that it is not wise to challenge the PCP's jurisdiction on their position.

the PCP will furthermore subsidize businesses which prove as exemplary models or consider the needs of the fragile environment and their customers. the PCP also intends to control the stock market and prevent insiders from ruining the prospects of potential investors. All material on stocks must be openly disclosed.

the PCP will additionally remove all businesses from the political processes. members of a business may participate in the political process and/or donate as individuals, but not as business executives.

I would first like to say that it is great to see someone active in things here.

I would secondly like to say that your section on drugs needs to be COMPLETELY revamped as it is contradictory to itself and shows a general lack of planning.

While being a proponent of marijuana, I will say that it is also a dangerous drug and shall re-iterate that ANY drug is dangerous that can be life threatening.

Also ... if my Grade 10 English teacher was correct, insane root *is* marijuana.
