2. Received and given out no more than two endorsements, one of which must be an endorsement of the Delegate.

What happens, after a nation has become a citizen, if they remove the endorsement from the delegate?

NSC Endorsement Guidelines
QUOTE
Upon entering Nasicournia, NasiBorder, or NasiGate, nations agree to the following guidelines in regards to UN endorsements or face ejection and banning: All UN nations are required to endorse the regional delegate to ensure for regional safety and to ensure the region has the strongest possible say in the UN. Furthermore, all nations (except the regional delegate and those with special permission from the NSC*) may not give out more than four endorsement to other nations in the region. As a result, no nation (bar those special cases) shall have more than four UN endorsements or should distribute more than four endorsements (and an extra to the delegate).

In the event a nation shall breach these guidelines, they will recieve a notice from the NSC and will have twenty-four hours to comply (by withdrawing the endorsement). If the nation does not take action the NSC will have the option to request to the founder that the nation ejected and banned from the region.

* A nation may request special status if they wish to hold more than the allowed four by contacting Majesto.

Oct. 24, 2003
Amended May 17, 2004 to raise the endorsement cap

In Practice however

We usually give nations two warnings to comply before ejection is even mentioned.

ALSO: Re the Delegate

Any nation is welcome to call for a delegate election if they are not happy with the performance of the current elected delegate, but are expected to endorse the elected delegate during his/her term for reasons of regional security.

We have never ejected nation for non-compliance with the endorsement law.

No Problem

I was more familiar with what happen when nations Go over 4 endorsements than if they do Not Endorse the Delegate
