I have received word that the former Delegate of the South Pacific, The Matt Duck, was tragically killed in a car accident three weeks ago. The news is now making its away across the Nation States world.

I encourage any members of this board to visit the South Pacific and pay their respects to one of the greats of Nation States history.

I'd also ask that our ambassador to the SP to express Canada's sadness at their loss.
