As some of you may know, Canada had the top 50 canadian list compiled thanks to our CBC. I think I will post sort bits, and acess to bios of each of these people, starting from #1 to #50.

#1 Tommy Douglas

Founder of medicare, this Sasktukean Premire help found the NDP and made them a recognized Canadian party within 10 years of it being founded. He is credited with founding government paid healthcare, and was elected by Canadians acroos Canada, as The Greatest Canadian Ever. Everone should hope to have their ideals heard, and be successful in helping others as Tommy was, just try to have a higher winning percentage :D

#2 Terry Fox

This man was a cancer Amputy who ran from New Foundland to Thunder Bay Ontario, on the debue of The Marthon Of Hope. This Marthon is run in 46 different countries and has raised almost 5 Billion Dollars for Cancer research. He was honoured with the Order of Canada and died on his 28th birthday.

#3 Pierre Elliot Trudeau

1968- "The government has no place in the bedroom"

1970- The October Crisis, and Trudeau uses the War Messures Act, (Not a brightlight in Canada's history)

1982- Created the Canadain Charter. This, is where a majority of Modern Canadain Culutre has derived and one of Canada's first steps of equalization across the nation. This Charter has been successful in forcing those with less then idea beleifs (racist, pregists, homophbic, genunly blind disrespect) to put those aside for the greater good of this nation.

Trudeau, is also responcible for Canada's small military (good or bad, depending on your world veiw, I personnally could care less) and the huge deficate which thankfully was blamed on Malrony and the Conservatives have not been elected since.

Trudeau, is the most contraversal Canadian on the 10 ten, since he helped some and took the boot to others. In all he was ranked 3rd behind, rival Tommy Douglas, and Canadian Icon Terry Fox.
