I know it's not my area but I would like to offer up the following as a starting point for the legal code:

- Offensive Spamming > Immediate Ejection = Permanent ban & reported to Mods
- Flaming (defamatory swearing/insults) > Council Trial = Minimum two days on ban list
- Flame Baiting > Council Trial = Minimum two days on ban list
- Baseless Rule Violation Accusation > Council Trial = Minimum two days on ban list
- Participating in an Invasion > Council Trial = Minimum four days on ban list, unless required by treaty
- Treason Against the Region > Council Trial = Minimum four days on ban list
- OOC Threatening > Council Trial = Minimum one week on ban list
- Obscene References, Images or Links > Council Trial = Immediate ejection; ban length determined by Council
Any actions that the Council determines require a permanent ban WILL be reported to the Mods. The definitions of "Spamming", "Offensive Spamming" and "Obscene" are entirely at the discretion of the Council. All nations ejected get one TG with the details of the punishment and the reasons why the action was taken, along with a link to the region's legal thread and the trial thread if applicable. Hope is always maintained that offenders can become valuable members of the region. Representatives of Canada are required to act reasonably and professionally throughout the legal process.
