Considering The fact that war is a plauge upon the worlds we live in. Both in UN nations and nations that operate outside the UN.

Recognizing A Nations Sovernity, in die cases. We also recognize that for the UN to stand back and let war happen is also very unethical

Requests A United Nations Cololition of Peace Force.

Duties The duties are as follows:

1) That this force is to maintain peace in areas of high tention, by occupying buffer zones of two terrories, or in a place of civil strife, to bring forth both parties to the nagotionation table while all the time policing the areas of highiest tentions.

2) To arrest those who wish to stop the porcess of peace in the area in which our Peace Keepers are located.

3) To report to the UN of actions taking place in countries in which failed attempts to keep the peace, so we can later decide if in fact the two parties committed any war crimes.

4) This can only be put in places in which one of the two nations request it. This is not a means of war, Peace Keepers will not fire unless fired upon. This of coarse mean Peace Keepers may also be utilized in wars involving Non- UN nations.

5) Peace Keepers fly under no flag, the forces are volinteer inside UN nations. The Peace Keeper is strickly under the command of the UN delegates in each nation, however if ever found that the UN Delegate abused his/her powers, then the Peace Keeping Forces shall be passed down to the UN delegates second in command, and so on and so forth...

Conculsion

It is the duty of every peace loving nation to work for it and not expect it just to develop. The UN is the strongest organization in all of Nation States and with these Peace Keepers and duties followed we shall excerise the true importance of the UN. It is time the UN started to do something about needless war followed amedatly by needless death and this purposal is a start to this.

We feel that this Resolution draft does have potential, but that the issue addressed may be a bit... sensitive.

The thing one must consider with such a resolution is much more volatile. It is the reason that Zarpiya's delegation has not yet voted on what we think of this proposal. The concern is that it may seem too imposing. Something like the American "Coalition of the Willing" in real life.

It has been duly noted that you included that one clause which reads as follows:

However, there are certain difficulties in ensuring that more aggressive nations - or regions even - would not simply claim that they'd been asked to intervene and then use this "coalition" as a means to exploit one or more of the disputed nations, their resources, and even their people.

Therefore, we feel that, as it is, this resolution does have a certain degree of potential, but there must be many other clarifications added in order for its advantages to outweigh the possible negative consequences of implementing it. Regretfully, we have no suggestions as to other clauses or subclauses to include to ensure that this resolution would not be abused. We will put Zarpiya's top political experts to work at once on this issue.
