Well, I'm going to be gone for the next week or so (exactly how long is still up in the air at the moment), to a town about five hours north of Winnipeg (cold as heck in the winter). Family, and all that. Talk to everyone in a week!
(and I realize this is kind of pointless... but after that five page thread about boogers, I don't feel badly for it) :lol:

Since we're on the topic, I'm gone for two weeks+ (back Aug 2) hiking in the mountains with my babe doing things that KD shouldn't think about. ;)

Five hours north? There isn't much there - Grand Rapids is about 5 hours north. I stayed there once on the way to Thompson. Longest 24 hours of my life...

Yeah, not much around. Lotta lakes, and a provincial park. Duck Mountain, I believe it's called (after the Rockies, I don't buy the 'Mountain' bit). Most of my family's in Winnipeg, currently... dunno why. :huh:

After 3 years without a church, my dad's denomination strips ministers of their ordination.
Now that he's not looking for a church, pretty much all it means is that he'll be "Mr. Da" instead of "Rev. Da." And he can't perform weddings.
