I ran a poll as you all know and Hockey won, yeah, but Re said he plans on making a Fantasy hockey league so I will take the second highiest which is Soccer.
Now the way I was think about running this, is a franchiase sport, this way we can take under our belts accual soccer franchises registered in FIFA, and since I have FIFA 2005, I can run the games on my X-BOX and make any trades and transactions you need. We will have nations sign up first and then we will hold a draft so we can pick the FIFA team of our dreams without murder. To avoid contraversy I will randomly pick the draft order and also I will pick last. To please sign on now:

Durass will field a team, they'll be in training till August though. (I'm on holidays technically starting Friday but, in reality, I'll be in the office a fair amount next week, I will be gone for last two weeks of the month.)

Uncertain, I know I'll be here next week but, not sure how much time I'll gt online and after that I'm gone for 2 weeks with minimal access if any to the internet.. If the draft takes a lot of time then it's unlikely. Summer may be a bad time to start these things (then again, any time may be bad for someone.)

Seems a little optimistic perhaps. I'd have thought ten was enough to run a decent league, and I wouldn't expect you'll get many more than that.
If there are too many draft picks available, you might consider ruling out about half of them at random? That would give us a competitive draft with a smaller field.

I was thinking for the draft just post the teams and rosters and then the pick order and let you guys go.

So, we just draft a full team and then we can trade etc within the league?
I'd be interested but, won't be available for draft till August with (real) soccer season end work and then holidays.
