Hey guys! At the end of this month, I am heading down to Comox to see my sweetie in his Cadet camp in Comox. I leave the 27th, and I have to go through Vancouver, quite obviously. Now, I have no idea how to get around the Vanc, but I wanted to ask the Vancouverites if they wanted to meet up, since I probably won't go back to Vanc for quite some time -- like about 6+ years -- so this could be my only chance. I'd love to meet Ess, and I think Daemon lives in the Vanc -- who else is there? And is this a good suggestion, or what?! :lol:

Yeah! That's the one. I'm not personally vegatarian, but I do enjoy the food there and it's a nice relaxing place to have a meal. They don't take reservations and get pretty busy so don't be in a rush if you go there at a tradition meal time.

I was going to suggest a more meaty repast, Memphis Blues, but I thought better of it...

We just had take-out from there for the first time last week.

It was great and the desserts were wonderful!!

Try the Golden Dragon bowl. Seriously.

I love Fresh by Juice for Life...doesn't have a very big menu, but everything is so good. They make what I have labelled the best sandwich ever ^_^

I like Le Commensal too. It's a buffet....It's all health food that's super low fat, so some things don't taste so great :P . They have good desserts though. (Maple syrup pie! :D )

I went to Vegetarian Haven a few weeks ago. It's pretty good too...


Apparently, Fressen is supposed to be the best veggie restaurant in T.O. I've never been there, but I heard it's over-rated.

It does! :D

It's a triple decker sandwich with avocado, tomato, lettuce, red onions, alfalfa sprouts, herb tofu mayo, and your choice of cheese :D . And their bread is really good.

Oh, it is. That place is really close to my school, so we'd often go there for pie between classes :D
