I went all out specifically to get the variety answer - I'm more of a middle-of-the-roader in actual fact.

Make that macadamia pistachio fudge nut crunch a double! You live on the edge of your sweet tooth -- willing to try any new flavor, any unexpected ice cream combo. The more mix-ins the better!
