FCW for Minister of Foreign Affairs
"Taking Canada to New Heights!"

Hi my Friends:

My name is Freezing Cold Water; aka. FCW. I have been in this region since August, 2004, so I have alot of experience in this region. I have had the priviledge to have served as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Deputy Minister of Regional Affairs for two terms, the President of the CSA, and the Ambassdor to TPC. I would like to thank the nations who have supported me in the past and I encourage them to support me again in this upcoming election and help me "Take Canada to New Heights".

As a nation this great region named Canada, I am proud and pleased to announce my candidacy for the cabinet position as Minister of Foreign Affairs. I have run in three elections and have come up short but I am confident that I can win. Each time I lost was to the experinced and the incumbent, Beaver Country Canada, by which is doing a very good job.

In my speech I will focus on three main qualities/skills that I have and I believe are important in this position.

Accountability

You may think why being accountable is important. First, I will encourage the cabinet to be more open will issues that deal with the good of the region. I also think it is very important that the ambassdors post updates about their embassies.

Friendiness/Respect

In any country big or small, friendiness towards our allies and enemies is vital. You ask enemies, why FCW? I say even though they may not agree with us or we not agreeing with them, I still believe that they should be treated with respect.

Listening

I believe it is very important to be able to listen to others. I will listen to your concerns, suggestions, or comments that you may have. Anything that is on your mind, just let me know, and I will try to make things right, so you can be open with me.

I also like to negiotate with different people and places, my contacts and their contacts. I make friends fairly easy and I can tell which reigions/nations will be the most important to our region. I like to be around people and people have told me that I am a joy to be around. I also will not settle for anything but the best, not the best for me, but the best for you. I will always take your concerns into account.

If you vote for me, I know I will be not only happy but it will help us to "Take Canada to New Heights". Please give me the chance.

2. Research about them.
3. Question them.

Some regions I consider to be the most important to us are:

1. Equilism
2. TableLand
3. The Proletariat Coalition
4. The West Pacific

I think we already have relationships with those regions. Is there something more that you have in mind than exchanges through embassies?

Yes, maybe some region like:

1. USA
2. Texas

Not sure whether they are actually regions like that or they are the right names.

May I suggest, Wysteria. It has that Grendals nation in it and they are almost always in the Top 2 postions in the world and that region in huge.

I am talking about opening an embassy in the region Wysteria. It has over 100 nations and it has that Grendals nation that is in the top 2 in almost every catorgory. It is just a suggestion.
