Gevurah ponders the situation, then sighs in disappointment and passes the situation assessment to the server rooms of the great Industrial houses (the Magna Socitaes). It clearly couldn’t find a cassius belli.

Two hours later, thick glossy catalogs and fruit baskets are dispatched from the House's corperate offices. Each catalog contains a veritable cornucopia of lethal devices, agents, and services. Entire mercenary legions are for hire, planes, cheap assassination, battleships, V and G series nerve agents, orbital intelligence, discretely-listed nuclear missiles (“Try our famous non-conventional explosive devices (NCED)! Don’t forget to ask about our new 1 MT flavour!”), and more logistic services than you could shake a stick at are advertised. All for low low prices, and most are picture with skantily clad males and females. Sex sales, especially when it comes to war.

A curious shipper at the Daedlus Corperation’s head office noticed, passingly, that identical packages were sent to each side of the war. He smiled as he affixed the address sticker. Stupid auslanders.

The benevolent despot receives a telegram. The document informs him that Liarg is under attack and that refugees are seeking shelter in Redundancia.

"We must assist in the protection of innocent civilians," the despot states. "I want our personnel to welcome the women and children of Liarg with open arms."

"Yes, sir. We will give the order immediately."

Any reason all your posts have switched to this?

Because I did not like the way the writing was flowing or the way the story was headed. I just could not get it the way I wanted it. So rather than leave a bunch of crap up here, I just saved everyone from wasting their time reading it.......
