- Nations who join the forum after 9 AM EDT, Thursday April 21, 2005, will not be permitted to vote in this election.
- There is no poll for Minister of Regional Affairs. Daemon wins this position by acclamation.
- There is no poll for Minister of Justice. Hudson Bay wins this position by acclamation.
- There is no poll for Minister of Foreign Affairs. Beaver-Country-Canada wins this position by acclamation.
- There is no poll for Minister of Doughnuts & Beer. Redundancies wins this position by acclamation.
