Actually, they do want us to be part of it. (As you'll see in the next Cabinet report).


Cabinet did decline FORT's offer to be an official member of the alliance, based upon our informal policy to stay out of official alliances. But 'Peace Festival' (the nation that I've been in contact with about FORT), has asked if instead we would like to be part of it in an informal capacity....just have representatives from Canada participating in discussion. Cabinet is currently reviewing this option....personally, I think it might be a good idea.

I wonder if we should post a representative there, who can simply post key posts in our discussions and report to them as to how I vote turned out. In turn, the Rep could post new points of view in our discussion threads.

I'd be happy to do it, so long as my role would be as a messenger, and nothing else, and so long as my very presence would not cause problems with other members. History shows us that giving me the mandate to do anything beyond being a messenger of already existing information would be asking for trouble.
