In this thread any citizen may nominate another for a particular ministry.
If the nominee is then inclined to run, they may post a declaration of their candidacy in the appropriate forum. If the do not want to run, they may decline in this thread.

FYI - the delegate is automatically elected Prime Minister. As such, the process for electing the Prime Minister is ongoing, and the election is perpetual. The Prime Minister is the only cabinet position that is not elected via these off-site forums.
