Who is Kana Da anyway?
NationStates-wise, I joined NS in the spring of 2004, and the nation of Kana Da came soon after. Ess invited me to the region, and I came, believing it would be a good fit. I joined the off-site forum in late June, and have been active ever since.

In real life, I'm a teenager, and a resident of Regina, Saskatchewan. I'm involved with debate, creative writing, choir, Amnesty International, choir, and a Christian club.

Why should I vote for Kana Da?
I have been Deputy Minister for Doughnuts and Beer since August. I have a strong patriotism for Canada. Those of you who are active in the OOC forums know me as fun-loving, and I will take that into my job.

What will you do as Minister of Doughnuts and Beer?
I plan to pick up with providing details of the individual provinces. I also plan to search out creative ways to display Canadiana. On the fun side, I plan to introduce 3 games per week and search out other ways to strengthen the community here in Canada.

Indeed, if you wish to play all the games, three would be excessive. However, some people have a preference as to what type of games they prefer, and more games gives more options.

I hope to focus on little-known facts and trivia, followed by contributions each province has made to Canada.

Animated Canadiana is a good thought. I will add in animated Canadiana as I find it. Currently, the Canadiana is good, however, not everyone has time to browse all the links all the time. I would try to move away from links and towards text, something easier to browse.

This is something that I had not thought of. Now that you have mentioned it, it would be worth making into a long-term project.

Just a follow up for the games question(as, it is suppose to be my department). How exactly do you intend to run these games, given the nature of these things, to have three games running a week would require alot of volunteer duty which may or may not be there.

SS: I think shes refering to the arcade.

BTW, an aside to SS: Wanna start that boxing league lol. I think we got a little sidetracked. Currently im trying to organize rules for roleplay. Any suggestion for any upcoming events, PM me. You organize, Ill do the number crunching results!

oh, well that explains it better....

and yeah, i've been extremely busy as of late, towards the end of the month I hope to be able to put some serious thought into our next "big" project which we should do.
