***clears away some of the dust, making a mental note to find a new cleaning staff**
Let me just check in with all of you on some news from the good old South Pacific. For those who don't know me, I am Caer Rialis, Secretary of Foreign Affairs (SoFA) for short.
Some news:
1) Had a bit of an eye-opener with the glitch that ran rough-shod over the NS system yesterday. For a few hours, the Shaft was no longer our delegate, but when the advanced updat kicked in, all was fine. In fact, few at the top of the endorsement pile lost any endorsements. We all certaily hope that Canada was untouched by this glitch.
2) We are going over some proposed changes in the way we handle our embassies in the wake of the flare-up of tension between our two regions last week. A committee has been formed to put together some protocols and I will be submitting recommendations to the SP Cabinet after the elections ahve ended. Special thanks to Fudgetopia and Checkers for their help in calming tensions.
3) We are in the midst of elections this week. Voting shall end tomorrow, so look for some news out of the SP on this.
Again, we are glad to maintain cordial relations with y'all in Canada. If you are ever in the SP, look me up.
Caer Rialis
