Greetings to Checkers and to all others in Canada.

For those of you who do not know me, I am Caer Rialis from the South Pacific. Recetnt changes have come to our region, with LadyRebels stepping down as delegate, leaving the eminent the Shaft to become the new SP delegate. In this capacity, he has asked me to fill the remainder of his term as Secretary of Foreign Affairs. I have accepted.

As Secretary I hope to contiue the good relationships which have existed between our regions.
