To correct you the Canadian spy agency is called CSIS which stands for Canadian Secruity and Intelligance Service. CIA means Central Intelligance Agency. But Ill join anyway.

Actually what they were referring to was the former name of our regional intelligence agency. It used to be called the CIA. Right now it's simply called the CRDF, Canadian Regional Defence Force.
