| At this point, I'll just say that this matter is at an unfortunate end, and I won't say anything further. Clearly, both sides are at an impasse - further wrangling and arguing, while amusing (in a twisted sort of way), aren't going to serve any purpose, namely resolving the impasse. While I don't think much of many people on these boards, Saige certainly has impressed me. He comes off as far more mature than his actual age, is perceptive and is a definate asset to the region. He also hit the nail square on the head when he suggested that Canada and Alberta each need to move on. To that end, I'm pleased that the situation has died down enough that password protection has been removed, and Alberta can get on with its existance in the normal course. I don't agree with much that has been said or the positions taken by many in this region, but, as has been pointed out, it is your right as a sovereign region to take such positions and actions. Good luck to you. |
