Logan and Tony totally different characters. Logan didn't really have that much of a fun role whereas Tony is just soooo funny :P I like both but Tony just pips Logan to the pole simply because of his humour :)

I think one of my favorite aspects of Tony is how much of a womanizer he is/was. And that chemistry and sexual tension between him and Ziva? Insane. :P

Tony... definatelly!!!! Awesome role. I especially love when he makes that face when Gibbs caughts him doing something he shouldn't do.... Awesome!

I just started watching NCIS reruns and surprisingly, I do love Tony Dinozzo! I thought I wouldn't because of my hate for Logan from DA.. I thought maybe Michael Weatherly would carry on that hate I had for him on Dark Angel, but truthfully, I love his character on NCIS. He does an excellent job of playing Dinozzo, unbelievably entertaining. :]

Yes! I do love him, the more I watch NCIS, the more I love him. Michael has by far done a better job with Dinozzo than Logan. Haha, I always smile when he gets that smack upside the head.
