Hmmm... I'll say this to answer: this anime is also a manga (like most animes, huh?) and this particular picture was drawn by the manga artist.

Well, I think it is a Sailor Moon pick, but it also looks like another pic I've seen, but I can't remember the manga.

Hmmmmm.... This is a tough one.... For some reson it reminds me of Naruto... I'm not sure why... but that's my guess....

Yep it's copied from a picture that is in the naruto artbook.

And those chibis... well they really weren't chibis... they were monkeys,birds... and I think a raccoon? lol
