Exactly. Not all, or even many online comics are done by just the one person. Several have a writer and an artist, like machall or utuki. If you have some friends that are adept at drawing then write a script for a story and ask if one could draw it. Simily, you can always post stories online, fanfics at fanfiction.net or original stories at fictionpress.net
