What am I up to... well... let's see... checked out a lot of anime art sites today. drew some upcoming pages and just for fun pics too. I need to update the Fanart section, both in PoaFA, and on the regular fanart. I don't think i've updated that in quite some time. but i've got a few pics to put up... I've been working on typing more storyline for the book II of PoaFA, almost through Kenji's portion of the story and about 1/3 done with Mika's part. Still trying to work them all together... It's in my brain, i just haven't put it on paper yet! I got a few more pages drawn out for "rainy day man." and hopefully I'll get that done ahead of schedule. ^-^

I was bad this weekend and went out and bought the box set 1st dvd of Saiyuki. It's the 1st anime I've actually collected on dvd. (most of my stuff is either fansubs or vhs stuff.) It came with a cool shirt. Wearing it right now. awww yeah. feelin' groovy. No-chan let me borrow her Fruits Basket dvd's wooot! So I can finally do that amv i've been wanting to. I just have to make space on my hard drive for all the video captures... anyway, I'm goin' to bed, I've gotta be up early for work.

That is true,school and going to conventions can cost alot,but Saiyuki ish good,er..like I said good page

*l* hey, don't worry about going a little off topic here. it's what this is for. not just discussing pages, i want you guys to reply to stuff i've ranted about, stuff you wanna rant about, anything you like. so it's ok, y'know? ^-^

Aw thanks ^-^,my sister just came back from New York and while she was up there she bought the 3rd Saiyuki.I gonna watch it later^-^Can I ask you a question...how can you draw so well???

hrmm... one word, "practice"... thats... um... about it. Check out a lot of anime art sites, i'm always ALWAYS looking at new art. it's really hard to draw something completely from your head, so it helps a lot to have seen people already in poses you want to use. try not to copy it exactly, but it gives you a general idea of how you want characters to look. um... what else... sometimes mimic-ing other art is the best way to learn. you learn most by doing, so even if it's tracing something, it helps your hands and fingers get used to drawing in that style. hrm... I'll have to put up a tutorial or something though, 'cause once you get into posing and proportions and such it gets a little more complicated. so all i can really tell you is go out and draw your little heart out! Learn by doing and practice, Practice, PRACTICE! ^-^

ah well, for "rainy day man" that was just a preview. I'm going to try to get that entire storyline done BEFORE i post it, so i won't have to stress about hurrying to get a page done. I've got about 5 more pages inked, but i still need to color them. I'm hoping to have it completely done by the end of fall or early winter. glad you enjoyed it though ^_~
