It is in the ship, I'm pretty sure you need to use the Dive HM to get it. In one of the cabins there is some water that is divable...Dive down and you will reach a lower deck of the ship with more cabins and the water stone. Another way to get a water stone is to find a Blue Shard and take it to the treasure hunter's cabin just off the island of Mossdeep City. The blue shard along with the other shards can be found with the item finder when you are diving.

and what level does he evolve to metagross after the 2nd evolution?

it evolves at Level 45 ;)

That's it. I need a guide to that, though. And, you can find the time in your bedroom. Fly to Littleroot, and you'll arrive at your own doorstep. Also, Snorunt is really hard to catch, so stock up on ultra balls.

I do know that, you can evolve Skitty with a moon stone, and you can evolve Nuzleaf with a leaf/sun stone and evolve him into Shiftry. Those are the only ones I can remember.

try fishing with a super rod on a sand piece in the middle of the route 129 or when you doing surf :)

Try posting on only one forum next time. ;) Anyways, Strider already answered your question. You need to wake Groudon/Kyogre before they'll show up in the Cave of Origin. If you went to the Magma/Aqua Hideout, they'd tell you where the submarine went. Just go look for it. Carry someone with Surf and Dive. Then explore all the major underwater channels for an entrance similar to the one to Sootopolis City. The entrance you're looking for doesn't have any seaweed. (ie the underwater "grass" in which wild Pokémon appear when underwater.)

Where exactly can a Bagon be found, I've heard there in metorfalls where the dragon tammers r but i dont know anyone with one.

yes, Bagon is in Meteor Falls, but only in ONE room. you need Surf and Waterfall to reach it. its in the small room where the TM Dragon Claw is found.
