I was wondering if anyone has thought of some unique annoyers. I've been playin around with a cacturne with ev's in defense and speed. attacks are sandstorm, sand attack, leech seed, and double team.

You're gonna have problems running squat with base 55 Speed (just a warning), and since that moveset requires a lot of set up, something might "happen."

For me, this works well on Netbattle:
Umbreon@Leftovers
Moonlight
Toxic
Double Team
Confuse Ray
I owned and annoyed many n00bs (of course with their legendaries) with it.

Annoyers are not as useful as they used to be. The only good annoyer left is umbreon.
And, an annoyer must have mean look, else the enemy would just switch out, and deliver a OHKO with something effective against it.

Standard umbreon moveset:
Mean look
Confuse ray
Toxic
Baton pass

Baton pass to pass mean look to the next pokemon, which should be able to finish off the trapped pokemon without fear of it switching out.
Works very well with something with perish song too.

Isn't there really no reason for Baton Passing Mean Look for Perish trapping? Just use Mean Look, and follow up with Perish Song, stall for a few turns, and just switch out on the last one. The opponent's Pokemon is still unable to switch out.
