So far, the pkms I don't have access to are, Lugia, Deoxys, Mew. I know deoxys and mew are promos, but what about Lugia?

There is an island that has both Lugia and Ho-Oh on it, but right now there is no way of gaining access to it as far as I know without using a cheating device.

The Ho-oh/Lugia island that Bunnygirl is talking about can only be accessed by getting some special ticket from a Nintendo Event in the US or UK. This is also the same for Deoxys. You're gonna have to grab a copy of FireRed/LeafGreen though, because the Nintendo transmitter machines will only work with a copy of either game with the wireless adapter attached. You can only choose one ticket though, so you'll have to choose one or the other. As for Mew, I've heard a rumour that you can catch it in Emerald (anyone?)

BTW, how did you get Celebi?

Ahh yeah, and Celebi... Ho-oh you can get in coloseum. And most of those rare one time catchs like sudowudo (w/e it's name is), and the starters from gold and crystal, you can get in coloseum. That + ru/sa + re/gr = a pretty good pokedex. Oh yeah, if you didn't know, when you trade between ru/sa with re/gr, your ru/sa pokedex gets updated to a national pkdx.

Also, I heard you can get Celebi in coloseum, since celebi plays an important part in the game, you keep the flutes to sumon it from the forest, until you purify all the pkm in the game and catch ho-oh. then go, sumon it, and catch it. But it's a rumor, I never done it myself...

as far as im concerned, the only pokemon you cant get at all (even at events), unless you have some relative working at nintendo or cheat, are celebi and mew.

You can capture ho-oh at couloseum (I think). I hate those bastards, now we got to get a e-reader.
