All the movie starts at the hideout of Team X.
There, Invincible Leader, the boss of Team X talks with Gozaburo, a Team X admin about his son, Kain.
"Your son has enough potential for controlling the Swarm, Gozaburo.", told the Leader.
"But, Leader, he's only a child!", replied Gozaburo.
"How you dare replying my desires!!!!!" said furious the Invincible Leader.
Yes, sir. I'll call it for the commencement challenge", said Gozaburo.
Kain came to the hideout, and then he was facing 3 furious Vigoroths.
He threw the PokèBall Invincible Leader gave to him.
"Pokèmon, go!", said Kain a bit scared.
A black shine flooded the arena. Then he saw a dark black Pokèmon.
It was Kaiserdra, the first Evil Pokèmon.
Kain horribly saw the Vigoroths all stuck in a wall.
"Congratulations, Kain" said the Leader.
"You're enough powerful to control a Kaiserdra and now you'll have the chance of joining Team X, like your father", told the Leader.
"OK", said Kain,
"But what I have to do?"
First, the ceremony for marking you as a member of Team X.
In the ceremony, a X grunt made a X pattern wound on Kain's forehead.
The cut transformed into a scar.
"All members of Team X have an X-pattern scar on its forehead",said Kain's dad.
"But, why the Leader chose me?",asked Kain.
"You wouldn't understand the reason now, Kain", replied Gozaburo.
