The Evil PKMN are a new style of PKMN. Not as the Shadow or Dark Pokèmon, they're evil because they're evolved by a violent form(commonly killing a
same-specie Pokèmon),and then its soul became totally evil.
The newly formed Team X experiments with these PKMN and try to control them.
