Upon Giovanni's downfall, a new administrator started to take Rocket into her own hands. Procto worked relentlessly on trying to revive Team Rocket, and start a whole new era.
Team Rocket Advance was born.

To join Team Rocket, you must choose a fighting, dark, poison or psychic pokémon. Movesets are unnecessary, as pokémon will be capable of using all moves available to them.
