-The colors blind me
-Way too many Admins... How do you know one of them Isn't going to screw you over...?
-Way too many boards.
-Telling people to advertise in your news fader makes you look desprite.
-Visible Staff board is a very bad idea.
-Typos and grammar.
-Useless boards make the place overwhelming.
-Announcement board needs to be at the top, that way members can get the latest news quicker and easier.
-No gradients.
-Stop hiring staff, even if it is in effort to stop the hackers.
-Hard to remember url. Get an http://www.cjb.net address.

To me, your board isn't even worth hacking. Have you been wondering why your board hasn't been hacked yet?
