Pokeshipping, otherwise known as "Gakishipping" ("brat shipping") is a term for people who believe Ash and Misty are or will end up a couple. the suffix "shipping" is short for "relationship". there are many different types of shippers. for example, i happen to be a Rocketshipper (referring to Jessie and James).

although im not a fan of Ash and Misty im forced to say im a Pokeshipper as well, just because its so obvious. ive always thought Jessie and James were made for each other even before id ever heard the term "Rocketshipper".

its rare to see someone admit to a yaoi pairing. i admire that ^_^
AirShipping sounds very familiar, but i forgot which shippies were which a long time ago. i made a list of them at one point, i had around 50 confirmed ones.

yep...around that number. and i only put ones that people actually believe in. i saw a list once of a whole bunch of shippy pairings that someone made up...most of them were just rediculous.

like ive said, there are many many more different types of shippys. Neoshipping is Butch x Cassidy, and i think Gymshipping is Misty x Brock. some more examples are Twistyshipping (James x Cassidy), Thirdwheelshipping (Tracy x Brock), etc. some Shippings have more than one name, like Pokeshipping (Ash x Misty) is also known as Gakishipping and Bratshipping.
