Her fur was a long, sandy brown, not quite deep enough to be called dark, but enough to look shadowy and mysterious as the moonlight glinted across her back. Her eyes glowed through the darkness, a bright, piercing blue that stood as a shock on their brunette background. They were entrancingly beautiful, and seemed to express feelings straight from her soul.
Her nose was lightly freckled with spots, and was just slightly too large, giving her a playful, innocent appearance. She walked daintily on a narrow frame, supported by thin limbs that seemed too frail to lift anything, though she never had any troubles moving about with her smooth little stride.
She was a sight to behold, and had me captivated from the moment my own muddy green eyes met hers. I’ll never know quite what it was, but I remember that feeling that swelled in my chest, and had yet to dissipate, even after all these years. I had loved that queen, that gorgeous, wonderful queen. I am skeptical that I shall ever cease to.
Why did I have to fall weak when I had so much to gain? It will always be my fault, and that will always haunt my dreams, ‘til my dying day.
