How about music? Or song. Maybe death, though I think we're all quite morbid enough already! :) I suppose death would be rather like poking us with large sticks. :P

Hmm... perhaps in honor of midterms, a theme can be "test" (which can, of course, be interpreted in many different ways). Other ideas that come readily to mind at the moment:
rest
light
storm
dawn
imagination
desire
torment
secret
destiny
That's all my brain can create right now... and for all I know those might all have already been used XD I'm clearly very helpful.
