Because since Malisse was fined and suspended one month for his violation in Miami 2005, so Koubek should get fined and suspended at least two months (because he made the violation in Roland Garros 2000 and last year of Metz)! It alikes a soccer player if they get a red card to send off in previous match for any serious violation, they will get suspension in next one match.

ATP should treat equally without discrimination!!
