05/30 - David James Elliot has signed on for next season with an option for a tenth season if the show is renewed. Rumours say that all major characters are set to return.

09/08 - What the Shippers are dying to know is, When are Harm (David James Elliott) and Mac (Catherine Bell) going to get it on? ''I've been putting off the romantic connection between them for eight years, and…I'll continue to put it off,'' says Bellisario. ''Maybe at the end of the show, I'll just let them go their separate ways. That'll really infuriate the Shippers.'' -Entertainment Weekly

so, know DB... they'll never get together at this rate!

09/23 - Harriet walks down the stairs with her new son. She introduces him as "Jimmy" to Big Bud and Mikey. Mikey asks what his middle name is. She says, "Kirk. It means [?]." Mikey looks up and says, "It's James Kirk?" She smiles and says yes. Mikey says something about, "you named your son after the captain of Star Trek." Harriet turns on Bud and he tries to back peddle his way out of it by saying, "It's a good name, who cares were it came from." (episode unknown) A scene in the bullpen where Bud apologizes to Sturgis about screwing something up. Sturgis just wants to be left alone to deal with it, but Bud is intent upon trying to make up for it. Sturgis finally says "let me deal with it in my own time and stop following me." (episode unknown) Mac and an Middle Eastern offical on video phones. She talks about a remote that appeared to be in his hand during the taped confession of someone. She asks what it was. He says it was a remote tied back to a belt put around reluctant prisoners to get them to talk. She says that's torture. He agrees, but doesn't seemed phased by it. (Maybe from episode "The One That Got Away"???)
