08/04 - Rabb starts his training at the CIA Air Branch - Special Activities. Allen Blaisdell, who's working with Harm chats to him about the Philippine House who's schedule to vote on whether to continue supporting the US military action against terrorism in their country. Filipino Intel suspects one of their House representatives to have ties with a terrorist organization. Harm will have to go drop a "specially equipped" limousine that will replace the one used by the representative, but he and another agent, Beth O'Neil, will have to do more than drop off equipment when they learn agents on the group have been comprimised. What will happen when she ends up in jail? Mac and Roberts review for appeal dozens of files, including some of Harm's. Mickey Roberts makes an appearance at the Annapolis Honor Board in order to vouch for another midshipman who is being accused of plagiarism. Mac will check out the plagiarism incident.
